Overview
The Lot Inquiry section allows you to view details about a specified Lot, including Location and License Plate information.
From here you can...
Lot Inquiry
This is where you search for Lots, and all their information is displayed.
Scan or enter the Lot/Vendor Lot lookup code, then tap or press F5 to display its details.
Tapping Menu: F3 or pressing the F3 opens a menu with the following additional options:

Search: F5 searches for all Lots matching the entered Lot number.

Toggle Details: F9 toggles the information displayed in the list. The type of information shown is displayed underneath the list (Inventory Warehouse Details, Location Details, or License Plate Details).
Tapping Back: F2 or pressing the F2 key takes you back to the main menu.
| Lot/Vendor Lot: | Where you scan or enter the Lot or Vendor Lot you want information for. |
| Vendor Lot Expiration Date: | A date-picker to select a Vendor Lot expiration date. |
| Vendor Lot Manufacturing Date: | A date-picker to select a Vendor Lot manufacture date. |
| Material: | The LookUp Code for the Lot's Material. |
| Description: | A description of the Material in the Lot. |
Inventory Warehouse Totals
| Amount: | The number of Packages of the Lot's Material in the Warehouse. |
| Soft Allocated: | The number of Packages of the Lot's Material involved in current Orders in the system. |
| Available: | The number of Packages of the Lot's Material currently Available in the Warehouse. |
| Packaging: | The Packaging Type of the Lot's Material. |
Inventory By Location
| Location: | The Location at which the Lot's Material is stored. |
| Amount: | The number of Packages of the Lot's Material in the Warehouse. |
| Allocated: | The number of Packages of the Lot's Material involved in current Orders in the system. |
| Available: | The number of Packages of the Lot's Material currently Available in the Warehouse. |
| Packaging: | The Packaging Type of the Lot's Material. |
Inventory By License Plate
| License Plate: | The License Plate on which the Lot's Material is stored. |
| Location: | The Location at which the Lot's Material is stored. |
| Amount: | The number of Packages of the Lot's Material in the Warehouse. |
| Allocated: | The number of Packages of the Lot's Material involved in current Orders in the system. |
| Available: | The number of Packages of the Lot's Material currently Available in the Warehouse. |
| Packaging: | The Packaging Type of the Lot's Material. |
